JACKSON, Tenn. - The 2010 TranSouth Conference Baseball Scholar Athletes have been released and five Trojans are among the 65 conference scholar athletes.
Trevecca's Chase Birdwell, Mark Hewitt, Caleb Longshore, Jacobie Olin, and Chris Sutherland were honored by the conference. For Sutherland this is the third time he has been honored as a TranSouth Scholar-Athlete.
TranSouth Scholar Athletes are made up of sophomores, juniors and seniors with at least a 3.0 GPA. NAIA Scholar Athletes are juniors, seniors and graduate students with at least a 3.5 GPA.
