PICKWICK DAM, Tenn. - The TranSouth Athletic Conference released its 2010 Women's Golf  Scholar-Athletes and three Trojans have qualified.

Betsy Beaver, Ashley Birdwell, and Alyssa Moe were all honored at the 2010 TranSouth Women's Golf Tournament at Pickwick Landing State Park outside of Savannah, Tenn. This is the third consecutive year to be honored for Beaver, a senior from Dayton, Ohio. Moe, a senior from Desert Hills, Ariz. is being honored for the second straight year, while Birdwell, a sophomore from Nashville, is a first-time honoree.

Recipients must be a sophomore or above in academic standing, with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
