PICKWICK DAM, Tenn. - The TranSouth Athletic Conference released its 2010 Men's Golf Scholar-Athletes and five Trojans have qualified.
Skip Jones, Grant Moffett, David Saldana, Bobby Humburg, and William Potts were all honored at the 2010 TranSouth Men's Golf Tournament at Pickwick Landing State Park outside of Savannah, Tenn.
Jones, a sophomore from Murfreesboro, Moffett, a junior from San Diego, Calif., Humburg a junior from Port St. Lucie, Fla., Potts a sophomore from Hendersonville, and Saldana, a sophomore from Clarksville, are all being honored for the first time.
Recipients must be a sophomore or above in academic standing, with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
