NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trevecca women's golf team will be competing in the 2011 TranSouth Women's Golf Championships Monday and Tuesday, May 9-10, at the Greystone Golf Course in Dickson, Tenn.
The tournament was originally scheduled to be played May 2-3 at the Blytheville Country Club in Blytheville, Ark., but had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather.
Bethel University is the defending champion, but prior to that, Trevecca had won five straight titles from 2005-2009.
The 17th Annual NAIA Women's Golf National Championships will take place May 17-20 at the Link Hills Country Club in Greeneville, Tenn.
