MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Trevecca Trojans (2-2) continued their season on Saturday when they traveled to Memphis, Tenn. to take on Crichton College. 

The Trojans jumped on the board early, when Aubree Thomas opened the scoring 16:30 into the contest. Jessi Fallen made it 2-0 10 minutes later, and Heather Halstead scored the first of her two goals in the 36th minute to make it 3-0 at the half. The second half was more of the same, as the Trojans continued to add to their lead. Halstead scored again in the 61st minute, Kassie Evick netted a PK in the 73rd, and Jenny Goodson rounded out the scoring with a goal in the 85th minute, providing the final margin of 6-0. Amy Maslyn recorded two saves in the shutout, while Crichton Keeper Sarah Harrison was considerable busier, notching 16 saves.

 

Trevecca takes to the field again on Tuesday when the Lambuth Eagles (1-3-1) come to Nashville for a 5:00 kickoff.
