NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trevecca Trojans (2-5) hosted NCAA D-II Christian Brothers University (6-2) on Wednesday, falling to the Lady Bucs 8-0. 

Analise Nevarez (2), Gigja Heidarsdottir (2), and Elin Svavarsdottir all scored for the Lady Bucs in the opening stanza, and at the break, Christian Brothers led 5-0. Heidarsdottir completed her hat trick midway through the second half, and Anna Laskarzewska and Colleen McDaniel tallied goals as well to provide the final margin of 8-0. Amy Maslyn stopped 10 shots and played the entire match for the Trojans, while Libby Hake and Christina Barone each played a half in goal for the Lady Bucs and recorded two saves.

 

The Trojans host their annual Alumni match this Saturday afternoon at 5:30, and their next regular season match will be played on Tuesday, September 30 when the Trojans host the Lady Bearcats of Brescia University (1-3) at 5:00.
