HENDERSON, Tenn. - Trevecca (10-5, 3-3) took to the road and traveled to Henderson, Tenn. to take on undefeated Freed-Hardeman (13-0, 4-0) on Thursday, falling to the Lady Lions in five sets.

Trevecca jumped out to a quick two sets to none lead, taking the first two sets 25-19 and 25-23 respectively. The Lady Lions took set number three 25-19, but they looked to be on shaky ground in the fourth set. Trevecca held a 15-11 lead in that set and the Trojans appeared to have the momentum when the lights went out in the Sports Center. When they came back on, the momentum had switched sides, as Freed came back to take the set 25-21, and the Lady Lions finished the match off in the fifth set 15-13.

The Trojans return to action on Tuesday, September 30, when they head to Jackson, Tenn. to take on the Union Lady Bulldogs (8-4, 4-2) at 7:00.
