NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trevecca's men's soccer (9-8-2) had what can be argued as its best season to date, end in the TranSouth Tournament Semifinals today. The Trojans fell in their rematch with Bethel College (12-5-1) by the score of 5-0 on Tuesday in McKenzie, Tenn.

The Trojans were kept in check today by the Wildcat defense. TNU only managed four shots and two of those on goal. On the other side, BC had 30 shots and 14 of those on goal. Hayden Coffman had eight saves for Trevecca after playing 84:14 of the match. Jonathan Guardarrama played the final 5:46 in goal.

The loss ends a tremendous run by the Trojans over the last 10 matches headed into the conference semifinal match today. Trevecca started the season 2-5-1 and 0-3 in the conference. Over the next 10 matches the Trojans went 7-2-1 and 3-1 in the conference. What's more impressive, they played nine of those 10 on the road. The only two losses were on the road and one of those was a 1-0 decision at No. 14 William Carey.

Trevecca's 1-0 win over Union in the first round of the conference tournament was the first postseason win in the program's history.
