SAN DIEGO, Calif. - #RV Trevecca (2-2) continued their west coast swing, traveling to San Diego Christian (2-2) on Friday, falling by a score of 65-56.
 
San Diego Christian played well in the first half, taking advantage of the Trojans' shooting woes and building a 28-24 halftime lead. The Hawks came out strong in the second half as well, holding a double-digit lead for much of the half. Trevecca battled back and cut it to seven late, but that was as close as they would get, as San Diego Christian held on to beat the Trojans 65-56.
 
Brian Oduor (22) and Jeremy Dixon (15) scored in double figures for the Trojans, with Dixon pacing the team with seven rebounds. De'Jon Everson dished out four assists in the loss.
 
As a team, the Trojans shot 21-of-54 (39.9%) from the floor, 3-of-12 (25%) from beyond the arc, and 11-15 (75%) from the charity stripe.
 
Trevecca will #RV Point Loma Nazarene (1-1) on Saturday night at 7:30.
