ROME, Ga. - Trevecca's men's golf team moved up two spots, to 14th (of 21) after played concluded on day two of the Rome (Ga.) News-Tribune Invitational. The 36-hole event was hosted by Berry College at the 6,702 yard, par-72 Stonebridge Golf Course.

Trevecca's low scorer was Joey Bradley who finished in 33rd place (of 118) with a (78-73) 151. Sophomore Bobby Humburg's (77-75) 152 was a stroke back in 38th place. Skip Jones carded a (78-77) 155, Will Scism came in with a two-day total of (82-77) 159 and David Saldana shot a (86-91) 177.

Trevecca shot the tournament's sixth best team score on day two with a 302. They finished in 14th place with a (315-302) 617. Berry College won their own tournament with a (289-298) 587. Dustin Thomas of Cumberland University was the medalist with a (74-67) 141.

The Trojans will return to action on April 10-11 at the
Union (Tenn.) University Invitational at the Bear Trace @ Ross Creek in Clifton, Tenn.
