"For our first experience on this level, I'm happy with the team's mindset and we're looking forward to the opportunity we've given ourselves for the remainder of the tournament. We're also hopeful for better than predicted weather in the morning."

Alyssa Moe will lead the Trojans with a 9:30 a.m. tee time and will be followed by Dillehay (9:40), Beaver (9:50) and Birdwell (10:00) on the course. The weather prediction for their anticipated time on the course calls for temperatures in the 45-51 degree range, winds from 22-32 mph, and a 20-35% chance of rain.

The tournament is being held at Meadowbrook Municipal Golf Course. The course is playing to a par of 72 over 6000 yards. There are 144 golfers competing.

California Baptist leads the tournament with a nine-over 297 and Adriana Nicolotti of Cal Baptist is the only player under part with a one-under 71.
