NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Trevecca volleyball coach Jayme Crowley is pleased to announce the signing of Casey Kania from Columbia, S.C.

Kania, a 5'7" outside hitter and libero, joins the Trojans after wrapping up her high school career at Ben Lippen High School in Columbia, S.C. She earned MVP honors twice, and was twice named to the all-region team while starting as an outside hitter all four years. She was an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, she started for Lippen's softball team for two years, and she played five years of club volleyball as well.

Coach Crowley said of Casey, "We are pleased to have Casey join our Trojan volleyball program. She will provide depth to our squad as both an Outside Hitter and Defensive Specialist. She has excellent ball control skills in the back row that will assist us in running a quicker offense. Casey is fun, positive and extremely excited to join our program. We look forward to her arrival in August."
