NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trojan's (1-3-1) picked up their first win of the season at the TNU Soccer Complex. In defeating Brescia University (0-5) 4-0 on Tuesday Head Coach Danny Leavy got his first win as the Trojans new coach. The match was shortened when lightening colored the sky with four minutes remaining and the skies unloaded heavy rains.
Parker Hughes put the Trojans up 1-0 with a unassisted goal at 27:24. Hayden Coffman shut the Bearcats out in the first half. Jonathan Guardarrama did the same for the Trojans in goal in the second half.
 
Dibran Rexheli added a goal for TNU at 48:52 and was assisted by Philip Walker. Alija Turkovic scored at 58:01 with Josh Forth assisting. Walker scored the final goal at 66:38 with Turkovic assisting.
Trevecca will visit former conference foe Lambuth University (2-3-1) on Friday at 2 p.m.  The next home match is Tuesday, September 22 at 3 p.m. when Reinhardt College visits.
