
ROME, Ga. - The Trevecca women's golf team will travel to Rome, Ga. October 5-6 to participate in the Chick-fil-A Collegiate Invitational at the Stone Bridge Golf Club hosted by Berry College.The course played to a par of 72 over 5813 yards. There are 73 golfers and 13 teams competing

Trevecca
stands in eighth place overall after having to compete with just four
golfers. Betsy Beaver leads the way with a 84 and it tied for 24th
place. Ashley Birdwell is 33rd after posting a 86 and Alyssa Moe is
35th with a 87. Maddie Privott carded a 103 to round out the Trojan
participants.
Shorter College leads the event with a 314 team score. Greta Lange (Shorter) and Callie Bennett (Berry) are tied for the individual lead with at first round two over par 74.
The tournament will conclude with a final round of 18 holes on Tuesday.
