NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Men's Soccer Team (3-8-1, 1-3 TSAC) defeated TranSouth member Freed-Hardeman (7-4, 0-3 TSAC) on Friday.
 
Trevecca took a 1-0 lead at :12 with a Josh Forth goal. Alex Stagman assisted. Phillip Walker's corner kick scored for Trevecca at 21:00 to put the Trojans up 2-0. The Lions closed to within one at 42:54 with Simbarashe Zvaita scored unassisted. 
 
In the second period the Lions tied the match on a Ryan Engineer goal and was assisted by Zvaita. The Trojans kept the pressure and took the lead on a beautiful goal by Jordan Enix. He was assisted on a touch pass from Fernando Lopez at 59:41. The Trojans added insurance on a second Forth goal at 79:33. Dibran Rexhepi assisted on the goal.
 
Trevecca will host Cumberland on Tuesday, October 20 at 7 p.m.
