NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The NAIA has announced that Trevecca Nazarene University three women's soccer players have earned NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors. Courtney Helton, Lilian Mwangi, and Heather Olson were selected to the 2007-2008 Daktronics-NAIA Women's Soccer Scholar-Athlete team.

Helton, a 5'7" junior forward from Page High School and Spring Hill, Tenn., was a TranSouth Scholar-Athlete in during the 2005-2006 school year as well as this season.

Mwangi, a 5'4" senior midfielder from Nairobi, Kenya, is a three-time TranSouth Scholar-Athlete and now a first-time NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

Olson, a 5'5" senior forward from Mt. Juliet Christian School and Mt. Juliet, Tenn., is a three-time TranSouth Scholar-Athlete and is making the NAIA list for the first time.

Recipients must have a junior or senior academic standing and maintain a minimum cumulate grade point average of 3.5
