NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Trevecca men's soccer team has partnered
with One World to donate their uniforms to Ultimate Goal Ministries.
Trevecca head coach Danny Leavy worked with Ultimate Goal Ministries
Director of Coaching Matt Smith to donate Trevecca's uniforms to one of
the ministries teams. Smith is very familiar with the Trojans men's
soccer program through his work as an assistant with Trevecca over the
years.
The selected is made
up mostly of International player who otherwise couldn't afford to play
high-level club soccer.
Several former, current, and future Trojans have played on teams
supported by Ultimate Goal Ministries. Maky Said and Farhad Ali were
players who came to TNU through UGM. Current players produced by UGM are
Jonathan Guardarama and Dibran Rexhepi. Jonathan Baskin and Holland
Clement will suit up for the Trojans in the fall.
