NASHVILLE, Tenn. No. 13 Trevecca (19-8, 10-4 TranSouth) cruised to any easy 98-43 win over Fisk (4-18) Saturday afternoon at Moore Gym. Trevecca now leads the all-time series 5-0.

The Trojans jumped out to a 13-2 lead in the first 3:03 and never looked back in posting their third win of the season over the Bulldogs. A 15-3 Trojans run later in the half pushed the lead to 32-9 with 12:16 to play until halftime. A 51-23 lead at the break continued to grow in the second half as the Bulldogs were never able to put up much resistance. All 14 Trojans saw significant playing time and 12 of them cracked the scoring column.

For the game, the Trojans shot 46% (36-78), which includes 6-22 (27%) from 3-point range, and made 20-36 (56%) from the free throw line. Fisk managed just 26% (17-66) shooting, including 4-14 (29%) from long range, and knocked down 5-7 (71%) from the charity stripe.

Chelsey Taylor paced four Trojans in double figures with 16 points; London Elie added 13, and Rachel Raby and Paige McFarlin chipped in with 10 apiece. Latronda Yancey of Fisk led all scorers with 21 points and added 12 rebounds.

The team's final home game will be Thursday at 6 p.m. when No. 1 Union University (28-1, 15-0 TranSouth) will visit on Senior Night. The Trojans will honor their seniors, Abby Lawson and Christian Gibson, during the evening. In a special promotion, the Nashville Predators will be on hand with players and Gnash making an appearance during the games.
