Head Coach
Jayme Crowley begins her third season at the helm of the Trojan volleyball program, her eighth as a collegiate head coach, and her 25th as a volleyball head coach. She was named Trevecca's 14th head volleyball coach prior to the 2008-2009 season.

Her first two seasons on the hill have been successful. Crowley's combined teams have produced a 47-24 overall record and are 20-8 in TranSouth Athletic Conference play. Her first team was 22-11 and reached the TranSouth Tournament Championship game, only a win away from advancing Trevecca to the NAIA National Championships for the first time in program history. The team was third in the TranSouth regular season. Her second team was 25-13 and produced Trevecca's first second-place finish in the TranSouth at 11-3, tying for the second-most conference wins in school history. Crowley is now 6-4 in postseason play.

Crowley's teams have produced the TranSouth Newcomer of the Year, three TranSouth All-Tournament Team members, four first-team all-conference performers, two on the AVCA All-Region Team, three NAIA Scholar-Athletes, and 14 TranSouth Scholar-Athletes.

Prior to coming to Trevecca, Crowley spent 14 seasons coaching on the high school level in Arizona, winning three 4-A state championships. Her record during those 14 seasons was a combined 293-179. Crowley, a four-time Arizona Region Coach of the Year, attended Missouri Southern State College and finished her college career at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. There she completed a bachelor of arts ('86) in physical education before earning a master's degree ('90) in physical education at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.

In addition to her scholastic coaching experience, Crowley administered 20 sports as the athletics director at Chaparral High School for two seasons. From 2000 to 2010 she has served as the director/owner of Club Summit in Scottsdale. There she continued to manage coaches and teams.

She coached at Chaparral High School (Scottsdale) and served as head coach at Desert Mountain High School (Scottsdale), Florence (Arizona) High School, Lawson (Missouri) High School, and Apache Junction (Arizona) High School. Her teams earned three Arizona State Championships (2007, 2005, 2004) and a runner-up finish (2003) and reached the final four in 2006. Additionally, she led three other teams to the state tournament. She coached four Scottsdale Players of the Year and an Arizona Gatorade Player of the Year.

On the college level she led St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, and Central Arizona College in Coolidge, Arizona. She led Central Arizona to the 1994 ACCAC Conference championship with a 21-7 record.

Crowley, who resides in Nashville, attended Missouri Southern State College for one season and then finished her college career at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. There she completed a bachelor of arts ('86) in physical education in before earning a master's degree ('90) in physical education at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz.

Luis Del Rio begins his second season assisting the Trevecca volleyball program.

In the spring of 2009 he completed his fourth season on the Trevecca softball staff as a volunteer assistant coach. He was on staff during the program's three consecutive trips to the NAIA National Championships.

Del Rio, a 1969 graduate of Belmont College, brings more than 30 years of work experience with female athletes at both the high school and college ranks.

Del Rio served seven years as the top assistant for the Trojan women's basketball team. During his tenure as assistant, the basketball team went to the national tournament on six consecutive years and reached the sweet sixteen in 2000 and the elite eight in 2005.

Coach Del Rio and his wife, Mary Lou, have donated many hours to the Trevecca athletic department and community, contributions that have won them respect and appreciation. With the softball program, he oversaw the Champions of Character Program, assisted in game-day operations, and served in many other capacities.
