Jared White, who joined Trevecca in the Summer of 2008 as head athletic trainer, coordinates administrative duties of the Trevecca Sports Medicine Department as well as oversees the care, prevention, and rehabilitation of injuries for the Trojans men's and women's basketball teams, volleyball team, and men's golf team. He received his B.S. in Athletic Training from Middle Tennessee State University and a master's degree in Higher Education/Sports Management from Auburn University.
Jared worked with Vanderbilt University's football team in 2003 and as an intern with the Tennessee Titans in 2003 and 2004. He was a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Auburn University and worked as a seasonal assistant athletic trainer for the Kansas City Chiefs in 2007. Prior to accepting his position here at Trevecca, Jared was the head athletic trainer for the Kansas City Brigade Arena Football team.
Jared is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association and Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor Society.
Jared has been married to his wife, Emily (Pearson), of Murfreesboro, Tennessee since July 2006. His hobbies include spending time on the lake, competitive sports, competitive Wii sports, and anything to do with football.
