Head Coach
Jeff Carr begins his fourth season as Trevecca's head men's soccer coach. Since taking over the program, Carr has led the Trojans to a 16-34-4. Though he Trojans struggled through his first season, the last two season’s have seen marked improvement including 15 wins.

In his second season, the team started to turn the corner. Thanks to several key additions in the offseason, the Trojans posted an 8-10-1 record in 2005, which included an upset 3-0 win over then 10th ranked Virginia Intermont College as a part of a five game unbeaten streak. Carr's recruiting produced two All-Region players in 2005. Mark Foster scored 20 goals for the Trojans, and Calvin da Cunha - also an honorable mention All-American - anchored Carr's stingy Trojan defense, the best defense in program history.

Despite suffering some key injuries during the first four games, the 2006 team won another seven matches including the first four matches of the season. After the team began to heal they won two of the last three, including a 1-0 shutout at NCAA D-II North Alabama. Carr’s 2006-2007 team was voted as the TranSouth Athletic Conference Champions of Character Team as well.

Carr's last coaching stint was as the boys' and girls' soccer coach at Donelson Christian Academy. He started the program at DCA in 1991 and led the program for 11 successful seasons. He was named the state coach of the year three times (twice in boys soccer, once in girls), regional coach of the year six times, and district coach of the year six times. In 2000 his boys' team was the state runner-up, and the girls' team made it to the state final four. While at DCA, Carr served as the national ranker for Tennessee boy's soccer with USA Today.

Carr, who grew up in Canada, served as the women's soccer coach at Baylor University for the 1986-87 season before moving to Waco High School for the 1987-88 season. Carr also coached Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wis., in 1991 before taking the DCA position.

Carr currently resides in Hendersonville with his wife Donna, and his three children John, Emme, and Kyle.
